I haven't had surgery since my hysterectomy 14 years
ago. I was full of adhesions and they've come back,
of course. But at least they are not tying up my ovaries
and uterus. Now they tie up my bowels. I don't know
what to tell you, but I seem to do ok as long as I
watch what I eat and don't eat any gas-forming foods
(or if I do I must take BEAN-O and Lactaid for milk
